The Zurich Physics Colloquium
Novel physical phenomena, mainly of electronic and magnetic nature, in new materials are a main theme of our research. We are interested in the basic microscopic physics and also in potential applications. Accordingly, a wide range of synthesis and crystal growth techniques are employed and electronic, thermal, magnetic and other physical properties are measured in-house and in numerous collaborations worldwide.
